Ralph and Cindy arrived in the Phillippines in 1975 and began their present ministry, centered in Lucena City on the island of Luzon, in 1978.

Their ministry now includes Bible Classes and services, church school, a day-school, and centers for Bible training, youth and the deaf.

Armando teaches daily Bible classes and ministers in the local prisions each week. Individuals in Costa Rica are taking Bible Doctrine and the number of believers is growing steadily

Operation Grace World Missions supports Christian ministries proclaiming the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ throughout the world. Though each of these ministries are completely independent, they share common values and the goal of accurately presenting the message that God offers eternal salvation to everyone through faith alone in Christ alone. Most of these ministries seek to establish local churches with indigenous Pastor-Teachers.

The purpose of this ministry is to presentisagogical, categorical and exegetical Bible teaching, and to facilitate the distribution of this material through face-to-face teaching, audio cassette tapes, and books and materials required in the teaching of the Word of God as outlined in basic Bible doctrine.

The thrust of this ministry is to make sound doctrine available to believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, to the end that each believer might become spiritually self-sustaining; i.e., “until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature believer, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves, and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness, in deceitful scheming.” (Ephesians 4:13-14)

Village Ministries is a non-denominational evangelical ministry dedicated to serving the forgotten people in villages around the world. VMI began as a result of a cassette tape purchased on the black market in West Africa. The purchaser, wanting a tape to record music, decided to listen to it first and was intrigued. For the first time he heard the life-saving message of the gospel along with in-depth Bible teaching. After a few years of correspondence with the American pastor on the tape Africa Village Missions was formed in 1990. Over the next couple of years more ministries were added until a parent organization, Village Ministries International, was established.
